6th seed Jannik Sinner withdrew after the main draw was published due to an ankle injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Pavel Kotov.

Marin Cilic was instated as 9th seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Sinner.

Qualifier Alexander Shevchenko took the place in the draw previously occupied by Cilic.

Kotov took the place in the draw originally allocated to a qualifier, and would play Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.

Holger Rune withdrew after the main draw was published due to a knee injury, and was replaced by lucky loser David Goffin.
