ATP - Antwerp 1R continued

First round continued in Antwerp.

2022 European Open, an ATP 250 tournament, on Hard Indoor, in Antwerp, Belgium, 17-23 October 2022.

2021 champion (not defending):
Jannik Sinner (1) who defeated Diego Schwartzman (2) 6-2 6-2

Andy Murray withdrew after the main draw was published due to change in schedule, and was replaced by lucky loser Manuel Guinard.
Qualifier Tim van Rijthoven took the place in the draw previously occupied by Murray.
Guinard took the place in the draw originally allocated to a qualifier.
Arthur Rinderknech withdrew after the main draw was published due to change in schedule, and was replaced by lucky loser Geoffrey Blancaneaux.
Guinard would play Blancaneaux.
