The WTA tour continues in Canada.
2022 Championnats Banque Nationale de Granby, a WTA 250 tournament, on Hard, in Granby, Canada, 21-27 August 2022.
Previously an ITF Women’s World Tour tournament, and now upgraded to a WTA Tour level event.
The following players withdrew after entering but before the main draw was published:
- Dalma Galfi replaced by Greet Minnen
- Beatriz Haddad Maia replaced by Rebecca Marino
- Ana Konjuh replaced by Maryna Zanevska
- Arantxa Rus replaced by Jaimee Fourlis
Wildcard Daria Kasatkina, world number 10, is top seed.
The other 7 seeds are all in the top 70
