Both players made their debut appearance in an ATP final, and this was their first meeting.

Ivashka dominated set one, breaking Ymer in each of the Swede’s service games, and not losing a single point on his own serve.

6-0 the result.

Set two was almost as destructive, Ymer broken twice, and Ivashka winning 16 of 18 points on serve.

Ilya Ivashka won easily 6-0 6-2.

The win takes Ivashka 10 places up to a career high ranking of #53.
