Last edition of the tournament was in 2013, won by Simona Halep when it was known as the Budapest Grand Prix (replaced by the Bucharest Open from 2014 -2019)

Anhelina Kalinina defeated Danielle Collins (2) 7-6(5) 4-1 (retired)
Final will be between:
Yulia Putintseva (1) (Kazakhstan) v Anhelina Kalinina (Ukraine)
