Lyon title for Tsitsipas

Final in Lyon.

2021 Open Parc Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Lyon an ATP 250 tournament, on Clay, in Lyon, France, 15-22 May 2021.
Event not held last year due to COVID-19

2019 champion (not defending):
Benoit Paire who defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime (4) 6-4 6-3


Final :


Cameron Norrie (Great Britain) v Stefanos Tsitsipas (2) (Greece)


In the first meeting between the pair, both players saved break points in their opening service games, before Tsitsipas broke through in the eighth game. He consolidated the break and won the set 6-3.

From 3-3 in set two, Tsitsipas won 12 of the final 14 points to triumph 6-3 6-3.


Title number seven, from sixteen finals, and the second for 2021, following his Monte Carlo Masters success.

Tsitsipas extended his lead in the 2021 ATP Race to Turin.
