Bublik broke in he fifth game of set one to lead 3-2.
He saved a break point in the eighth game to maintain the break.
Fils held serve and forced Bublik to serve the set out, which he did 6-4.
Fils was broken in the opening game of set two.
Bublik saved a pair of break points in game six and held His lead was 4-2.
Serving at 3-5 to stay in the match, Fils saved a match point and held on.
However next game Bublik served out the match 6-4 6-4.
The victory gave Bublik title number three, two coming this year - the other Halle in June
