ATP - Queen’s Club London 1R complete

First round completed at Queen’s Club London.

2022 champion (not defending):
Matteo Berrettini (2) who defeated Filip Krajinovic (1) 7-5 6-4

Matteo Berrettini withdrew after the main draw was published due to abdominal pain, and was replaced by lucky loser J.J. Wolf.
Berrettini’s place in the draw was taken by qualifier Grigor Dimitrov.
Milos Raonic withdrew after the main draw was published due to a shoulder injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Alexei Popyrin.
Qualifier Arthur Fils withdrew after the main draw was published due to a hamstring injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech.
