Fifth seed Felix Auger-Aliassime withdrew after the main draw was published due to a knee injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Daniel Altmaier.
Alexander Zverev was instated as ninth seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Auger-Aliassime.
Altmaier took the place in the draw previously occupied by Zverev.
Altmaier then withdrew with a leg injury, and was replaced by another lucky loser Andrea Vavassori.
Nick Kyrgios withdrew after the main draw was published due to a knee injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Aslan Karatsev.
