Sixth seed Zheng Qinwen withdrew after the main draw was published due to illness, and was replaced by lucky loser Anna Danilina.

Rebecca Peterson was instated as ninth seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Qinwen.

The place in the draw originally occupied by Peterson was filled by qualifier Carol Zhao.

Danilina’s place in the draw was originally reserved for a qualifier, but as a lucky loser she now filled the spot, and would play Garbiñe Muguruza first up.

Wang Xinyu withdrew after the main draw was published, and was replaced by lucky loser Tessah Andrianjafitrimo.

The place in the draw originally occupied by Xinyu was filled by qualifier Ekaterina Reyngold.

Andrianjafitrimo’s place in the draw was originally reserved for a qualifier, but as a lucky loser she now filled the spot, and would play Kristina Mladenovic first up.
