Albert Ramos-Vinolas was instated as 17th seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Bautista Agut.
He had the first round bye originally given to Bautista Agut.
Ramos-Vinolas’ original place in the draw was taken by qualifier Egor Gerasimov.
