Kostyuk saved a break point in game three and held for 1-2.
Rybakina broke again in the seventh game to lead 5-2.
She served out the set 6-2.
As in set one Rybakina broke serve in the opening game of set two.
Rybakina saved three break points in the sixth game and held for 4-2.
Kostyuk was broken in the seventh game and trailed 2-5.
Rybakina served out the match 6-2 6-2.
Eighth title and third this year following Brisbane and Abu Dhabi.
