Barty’s seventh consecutive win in a three set match.
Naomi Osaka (4) defeated Caroline Wozniacki (16) 6-4 6-2
After a sluggish start, trailing 2-4, Osaka won 10 of the next 12 games.
The final will feature two of this years major winners - Naomi Osaka the Australian Open champion, and Ash Barty the Roland Garros title holder.
