Second final for Stearns, looking for first WTA Tour title.

In set one, Stearns did not face a break point.

However, Sherif was broken twice - in game four to trail 1-3.

Then serving to stay in the set ar 2-5, broken again, and Stearns ahead 6-2.

Stearns survived four deuces and saved two break points in the opening game of set two.

She held, then broke Sherif in the following game.

Serving at 1-4, Sherif failed once more on serve, leaving Stearns 5-1.

Serving for the match, Stearns saved two break points, then took the match 6-2 6-1.

First WTA Tour title for American Peyton Stearns.
