The following players withdrew after the main draw was published:
- Soonwoo Kwon was replaced by lucky loser Andrej Martin due to a shoulder injury
- Stefano Travaglia was replaced by lucky loser Ricardas Berankis due to a hand injury
- Third seed Aslan Karatsev was replaced by lucky loser Norbert Gombos due to fatigue
Gombos received the first round bye originally given to Karatsev.
