Tabilo wins Mallorca title

Final day in Mallorca.

Final:

Sebastian Ofner (Austria) v Alejandro Tabilo (4) (Chile)

First meeting between the players.

Ofner saved a break point in game two of set one before holding for 1-1.

Tabilo broke in game six to lead 4-2.

No more break chances, and Tabilo served out the set 6-3.

Tabilo saved two break points in game six of set two, then levelled at 3-3.

Ofner was broken in the ninth game and trailed 4-5.

Serving for the match, Tabilo saw a match point disappear, then he had to save a break point.

Another match point was wasted, but a third was converted.

  

Alejandro Tabilo won the match 6-3 6-4.

Title number two for Tabilo following Auckland in January this year.
