Final:

Carreno Busta, in his 10th final, would be aiming for a seventh title, also having won two in 2021.

The first set was decided in a tie break after Carreno Busta broke in game three and Hurkacz broke back for 4-4.
Points were on serve in the tie break until Pablo was at the line at 2-3. He lost both of his serves and Hurkacz led 5-2.
The top seed proceeded to take the set 7-6(2).

The two players exchanged breaks at the beginning of set two.
At 3-3, Hurkacz broke the Spanish serve again and was in the box seat, ahead by a set and 4-3.
Consolidation came, leaving Hurkacz a game away from the title.
At 30-0, Carreno Busta delivered his first double fault, then netted a forehand. 30-30. A wide Spanish forehand gave Hurkacz match point.
Another forehand mistake from Pablo and the match was over.
