This week, the Western & Southern Open will be held, incorporating both WTA Premier 5 and ATP Masters 1000 tournaments.
It would normally be held in Cincinnati, Ohio. However this year, because of the COVID-19 situation, Flushing Meadows, the site of the US Open, will be the host.

Daniil Medvedev (9) who defeated David Goffin (16) 7-6(3) 6-4
The following players withdrew after entering but before the main draw was published:
- Nick Kyrgios replaced by Kyle Edmund
- Rafa Nadal replaced by Sam Querrey
- Kei Nishikori replaced by Lorenzo Sonego
- Guido Pella replaced by Alexander Bublik
- Albert Ramos Viñolas replaced by Richard Gasquet
Novak Djokovic, world number 1, is top seed.
