Final:
Stefanos Tsitsipas (4) (Greece) defeated Andrey Rublev (6) (Russia) 6-3 6-4
Rublev dropped his opening serve in set one, Tsitsipas converting the only break point of the set.
Similarly, in set two, game three saw a break point converted by Tsitsipas, and no more until Rublev was serving at 3-5 to stay alive.
Down 15-40, the Russian was able to save one match point, but not the second, and the battle was over.
Throughout the match, it was the ability of Tsitsipas to dominate the second serve of Rublev, and progressively build up pressure.
Stefanos Tsitsipas secured his 6th ATP title from 14 finals, significantly his first at Masters 1000 level.
He now leads the ATP Race to Turin, with Rublev second, and Djokovic third.
