ATP - Munich

The ATP tour continues in Germany.

2021 BMW Open an ATP 250 tournament, on Clay, in Munich, Germany, 26 April - 2 May 2021.
Event not held last year due to COVID-19.

2019 champion (not defending):
Cristian Garin who defeated Matteo Berrettini 6-1 3-6 7-6(1)


The following players withdrew after entering but before the main draw was published:


- Daniel Evans replaced by Egor Gerasimov   

- Hubert Hurkacz replaced by Thiago Monteiro 

- Yoshihito Nishioka replaced by Pablo Cuevas 

- Jannik Sinner replaced by Sebastian Korda 

- Lorenzo Sonego replaced by Alexei Popyrin 

- Jiri Vesely replaced by Federico Coria 


The following players withdrew after the main draw was published:


- Soonwoo Kwon was replaced by lucky loser Andrej Martin due to a shoulder injury 

- Stefano Travaglia was replaced by lucky loser Ricardas Berankis due to a hand injury 


Alexander Zverev, world number 6, is top seed.

The other 7 seeds are all in the top 44
