Laslo Djere (Serbia) v Lorenzo Sonego (3) (Italy)
Djere broke Sonego in the opening game, then saved four break points to consolidate.
At 2-4, Sonego dropped serve again, and Djere served out the first set 6-2.
In set two, the pair exchanged breaks of serve before at 5-5, Sonego saved three break points and a tie break eventually decided the set.
At 5-5 in the tie break, Sonego won a point on the Djere serve, and then took the set with his next delivery 7-6(5).
The tide had now turned, and Sonego in game five in the decider achieved what would be the final break of serve.
The Italian won the battle 2-6 7-6(5) 6-4, claiming his second ATP title from three finals.
Sonego moves up six places to a career high ranking of #28.
