Jessica Pegula (1) (USA) v Sofia Kenin (USA)

Pegula led Kenin 3-2 in previous matches between the players.

Pegula broke serve in the opening game of set one,

Kenin saved two break points in game three and held for 1-2.

She broke back in the following game and scores were level at 2-2.

Kenin saved three break points in game five and held for 3-2.

Pegula broke in game seven to lead 4-3.

Kenin served at 3-5 to stay in the set.

She was broken, and Pegula took the set 6-3.

Serve was broken in three of the first five games of set two.

Kenin led as a result 4-1.

Pegula served at 1-5 to stay in the set..

She saved three set points before holding for 2-5.

Kenin was broken in games eight and ten,

Scores were then 5-5.

Kenin served at 5-6 to stay in the match.

She was broken and Pegula won the match 6-3 7-5.

Title number eight, and first since the ATX Open in Austin last month.
