He was replaced by lucky loser James Duckworth. By taking the place of Hurkacz in the draw, Duckworth ensures that Denis Shapovalov (3) won’t face a seeded player until the semis if he makes it that far.

Danilo Petrovic withdrew after the main draw was published due to hip soreness, and was replaced by lucky loser Oscar Otte.
