ATP - Hamburg

A number of ATP players are gathering in Hamburg as final preparation for the Roland Garros major in a weeks time.

2020 Hamburg European Open an ATP 500 tournament, on Red Clay, in Hamburg, Germany, 21-27 September 2020.

2019 champion:

Nikoloz Basilashvili (4) who defeated Andrey Rublev 7-5 4-6 6-3


The following players withdrew after entering but before the main draw was published:

 

- Matteo Berrettini replaced by Ugo Humbert  

- Pablo Carreño Busta replaced by Casper Ruud 

- Alex de Minaur replaced by Jan-Lennard Struff  

- David Goffin replaced by Albert Ramos Vinolas 

- Hubert Hurkacz replaced by Lorenzo Sonego 

- John Isner replaced by Adrian Mannarino 

- Denis Shapovalov replaced by a lucky loser    


Daniil Medvedev, world number 5, is top seed.

The other 7 seeds are all in the top 16
