Fourth seed Anna Kalinskaya withdrew after the main draw was published due to a hip injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Kyoka Okamura.

Sixth seed Diana Shnaider was moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Kalinskaya, and received the first round bye originally given to Kalinskaya.

Fifth seed Paula Badosa withdrew after the main draw was published due to illness, and was replaced by lucky loser Sara Saito.

Elise Mertens withdrew after the main draw was published due to a shoulder injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Clara Tauson.

Katie Boulter was instated as ninth seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Badosa.

Wang Xinyu was instated as tenth seed and moved in the draw to the place previously occupied by Diana Shnaider.
