He broke again in the seventh game to lead 5-2.

Musetti served out the set 6-2.

Cerundolo broke serve in game two of set two.

Musetti broke back in the fifth game and trailed 2-3, serve to come.

Musetti saved a break point before holding and leveling at 3-3.

Musetti served at 4-5 to stay in the set.

Cerundolo broke and took the set 6-4.

Cerundolo saved two break points and held serve, in game three of the decider.

He led 2-1.

Cerundolo saved four break points in the seventh game and held for 4-3.

Musetti broke serve in the ninth game and led 5-4.

When serving for the match he was broken. 5-5.

A tie break eventually would decide things,

Cerundolo won the tie break and the match 2-6 6-4 7-6(5).

Title number three for Francisco Cerundolo, and first since Eastbourne in June 2023.
