Group B: Spain, Greece, Australia

Germany v Russia
Match 1: Andrey Rublev (Russia) defeated Jan-Lennard Struff (Germany) 3-6 6-1 6-2
Match 2: Daniil Medvedev (Russia) defeated Alexander Zverev (Germany) 3-6 6-3 7-5
Match 3: Kevin Krawietz / Jan-Lennard Struff (Germany) defeated Evgeny Donskoy / Aslan Karatsev (Russia) 6-3 7-6(2)
Russia defeated Germany 2-1 and advanced to the final.
Semi Final Two
Italy v Spain
Match 1: Fabio Fognini (Italy) defeated Pablo Carreno Busta (Spain) 6-2 1-6 6-4
Match 2: Matteo Berrettini (Italy) defeated Roberto Bautista Agut (Spain) 6-3 7-5
Match 3: Simone Bolelli / Andrea Vavassori (Italy) received a walkover from Pablo Carreno Busta / Marcel Granollers (Spain)
Italy defeated Spain 3-0 and advanced to the final.
Group D
Argentina v Japan
Match 1: Guido Pella (Argentina) defeated Yoshihito Nishioka (Japan) 6-3 7-6(4)
Match 2: Diego Schwartzman (Argentina) defeated Kei Nishikori (Japan) 6-1 6-7(4) 6-0
Match 3: Maximo Gonzalez / Horacio Zeballos (Argentina) defeated Ben McLachlan / Toshihide Matsui (Japan) 6-2 6-2
Argentina defeated Japan 3-0, and finished second in the group
The final will be between Italy and Russia
