ATP Cup - Day Three

Day Three of the ATP Cup.

2021 ATP Cup an ATP teams event, on Hard, in Melbourne, Australia, 2 - 6 February 2021.
Defending champion: Serbia 

4 groups of 3 nations will contest a round robin series of matches within the group, after which the winners of each group will be the semi finalists.

Group A: Serbia, Germany, Canada 
Group B: Spain, Greece, Australia 
Group C: Austria, Italy, France
Group D: Russia, Argentina, Japan

Group A

Serbia v Germany

Match 1: Jan-Lennard Struff (Germany) defeated Dusan Lajovic (Serbia) 3-6 6-3 6-4
Match 2: Novak Djokovic (Serbia) defeated Alexander Zverev (Germany) 6-7(3) 6-2 7-5
Match 3: Jan-Lennard Struff / Alexander Zverev (Germany) defeated Nikola Cacic / Novak Djokovic (Serbia) 7-6(4) 5-7 10-7

Germany defeated Serbia 2-1, and qualified for the semi finals. Serbia eliminated.

Group B

Spain v Greece

Match 1: Pablo Carreno Busta (Spain) defeated Michail Pervolarakis (Greece) 6-3 6-4
Match 2: Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece) defeated Roberto Bautista Agut (Spain) 7-5 7-5
Match 3: Markos Kalovelonis / Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece) defeated Pablo Carreno Busta / Marcel Granollers (Spain) 1-0 (retired)

Greece defeated Spain 2-1. Spain qualified for the semi finals. Greece eliminated.

Austria v France

Match 2: Dominic Thiem (Austria) defeated Benoit Paire (France) 6-1 (retired)

France defeated Austria 2-1
