There are two ATP tournaments being contested this week, in Portugal and the Germany.

Millennium Estoril Open - an ATP 250 category tournament, on Red Clay, in Estoril, Portugal,  29 April - 5 May 2019.

Defending champion:

João Sousa who defeated Frances Tiafoe 6-4 6-4

The following players withdrew after entering but before the main draw was published:

- Kevin Anderson replaced by Hugo Dellien 

- Jaume Munar replaced by Nicolás Jarry 

- Evgeniya Rodina replaced by Jessica Pegula 

- Cameron Norrie replaced by Guido Andreozzi 

Filip Krajinovic withdrew after the main draw was published with a foot injury, and was replaced by lucky loser Pablo Cuevas.

Stefanos Tsitsipas, world number 10, is top seed.
