Semi final 1:

Musetti won the first of six previous matches between the players at ATP Tour level.
However Alcaraz won the rest, including two in 2025 - both on clay:
Monte Carlo Masters final and Rome Masters semi final.
Musetti saved a break point in the opening game of set one.
He held for 1-0.
Musetti saved another break point in game seven, and held for 4-3.
Alcaraz served at 4-5 to stay in the set.
Musetti broke, and took the set 6-4.
Service breaks were exchanged in games three and four of set two.
2-2.
Musetti saved two break points in game nine, and held for 5-4.
Alcaraz served to stay in the set and held for 5-5.
He held then, broke, to lead 6–5.
Alcaraz served for the set but Musetti broke, forcing a tie break.
Alcaraz won the tie break, and took the set 7-6(3).
Alcaraz faced no break points in the third set.
He broke Musetti in games two, four, and the final sixth game to take the set 6-0.
Musetti was broken in game two of the fourth set, and retired at 6-4 6-7(3) 0-6 0-2.
Alcaraz won through to the 2025 Roland Garros final, where he will defend his title.
